Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer (RSO) to handle retail sales activities, assist customers, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services, features, pricing, offers, and perks to customers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers through calls, messages, and personal meetings.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other required sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and customer information.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and sales campaigns when required.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily sales activities to the reporting manager.




- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and professional standards.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales software/CRM.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate; graduation in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer handling, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also be considered.

- Achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Number of new customers/leads generated.
- Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Timely follow-up and reporting.
- Overall contribution to sales growth.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate's experience.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
