Hotel Aaradhya is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Stewards to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should be polite, well-groomed, responsible, and committed to providing an excellent dining experience to our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar team.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper service standards.
- Set up and clear tables before and after guest service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Respond to guest requests and coordinate with the team to resolve basic concerns.
- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and restaurant equipment.
- Follow hotel standards for grooming, hygiene, and guest service.




- Assist the restaurant team during busy periods, events, and special functions.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen, housekeeping, front office, and other departments when required.

REQUIREMENTS

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and guest-friendly attitude.
- Positive personal grooming and hygiene.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
