Role Description The Restaurant Manager at IHCL in Tirupati is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest experiences and smooth service delivery. This full-time, on-site role includes managing the food and beverage service, supervising and scheduling staff, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.

The Restaurant

Manager will handle guest queries and feedback,



drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, and support menu planning and promotions in coordination with the culinary team. The role also involves monitoring inventory and costs, supporting hiring and training activities, and ensuring compliance with IHCL’s brand standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in Hiring, onboarding, and developing restaurant or hospitality staff.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including service standards, menu understanding, and basic cost control.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple priorities, and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with POS systems, basic reporting, and operational checklists.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
