About Us

Lexi's Gourmet Sandwiches is a gourmet sandwich brand operating in Delhi NCR. We're opening our first dine-in diner in Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar, and are building the front-of-house team from the ground up.

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to own daily floor operations at our new Amar Colony outlet. You'll be responsible for guest experience, team performance, and the operational systems that keep service running. This is a hands-on floor role, not a back-office one.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations and service flow
- Lead, train, and schedule the FOH team (captain and associates)
- Own guest experience and handle escalations and service recovery
- Operate and manage POS systems, billing, and cash reconciliation
- Prepare and review daily sales reports and operational MIS
- Coordinate with kitchen and BOH teams for smooth service
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory checks




- Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Support outlet-level cost control and wastage tracking

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in restaurant, cafe, or QSR operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial or assistant manager role
- Strong people management and communication skills (English and Hindi)
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and daily reporting
- Comfortable with cash handling and reconciliation
- Well-groomed, professional, and calm under pressure
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and shift timings

Preferred

- Experience opening a new outlet or working in a pre-launch setup
- Familiarity with Petpooja or similar POS platforms
- Exposure to dine-in and delivery operations
