We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead the operations at All American Diner, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in restaurant operations, team management, guest handling, and maintaining high service standards.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving guest satisfaction, team performance, revenue, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the FOH and BOH teams to deliver consistent service standards.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction through effective floor management and prompt resolution of concerns.
- Monitor restaurant sales, revenue, average guest spend, and operational performance.
- Drive business through effective upselling, promotions, and service initiatives.
- Maintain and implement SOPs, service standards, hygiene, and food safety practices.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, breakage, and operational costs in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Ensure proper staff scheduling, manpower planning, attendance, and deployment.
- Conduct regular team briefings and ensure effective communication across departments.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, HR, Purchase, Finance, and Management for smooth operations.




- Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Conduct regular floor checks and ensure the restaurant maintains required presentation and service standards.
- Analyse operational challenges and proactively implement corrective measures.
- Support the management in achieving sales and profitability targets.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 58 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations, preferably in premium casual dining, casual dining, or high-volume restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Excellent team handling and leadership skills.
- Strong guest handling and communication abilities.
- Good understanding of restaurant P&L;, cost control, inventory, and revenue management.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and demanding restaurant environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Candidates with experience in branded / standalone restaurants will be preferred.
- Hospitality or Hotel Management qualification will be an added advantage.
