We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for hospitality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.

- Supervise and motivate kitchen and service staff.

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.

- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and shift management.

- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.

- Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers.

- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the restaurant.

- Achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
