Position: Restaurant Captain

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Location: Mulund, Thane

Shift- 9 hours shift

Break shift (3-4 hours break)

One weekly off

Food & accommodation provided

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide service staff during daily operations.
- Ensure smooth and productive table service as per restaurant standards.
- Welcome guests and ensure an excellent dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service quality.
- Train and support stewards and junior service staff.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant SOPs.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality service.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
