We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to join our team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Role OverviewAs a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for managing assigned sections, supervising stewards, coordinating with the kitchen and management, and ensuring high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide warm, professional service throughout their dining experience.
- Guide guests through the menu and recommend food, wine, and cocktail pairings.
- Manage assigned tables/sections and supervise stewards.
- Ensure smooth order taking, food serving, clearing, and table turnover.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, ingredients, wine, and signature cocktails.
- Ensure table setup, glassware, cutlery, cleanliness, and presentation meet brand standards.
- Handle guest queries, special requests,



and feedback professionally.
- Manage POS order entry, billing, payments, and settlement of guest checks accurately.
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and coordinate effectively with the floor, kitchen, and bar teams.
- Guide junior staff and stewards during fast-paced operations.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward in a premium fine-dining restaurant, high-end bistro, or luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and guest-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of food and wine.
- Experience with POS handling.
- Solid problem-solving and team leadership abilities.
- High standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
