- Supervise and coordinate the work of servers, stewards, and other restaurant staff.
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Take and monitor food and beverage orders to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members on service standards and company policies.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup before, during, and after service.
- Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and attendance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth operations.
- Check food quality and presentation before serving guests.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate work assignments.
- Assist with inventory control and report stock shortages.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and service goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
