Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Residential Solar Sales & Marketing Manager to drive B2C rooftop solar sales, develop new markets, and lead the residential sales team.

- Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks for solar panels and inverters.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and dealers.
- Generate current business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and provide product/company information.
- Coordinate with distributors regarding orders, stock availability, pricing and payments.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch and after-sales support.
- Prepare regular sales,



market and distributor performance reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in channel sales/distribution, preferably in Solar, Electrical, Inverter or Renewable Energy.
- Strong dealer/distributor network and market knowledge preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
