Role Description The Residential Senior Investment Manager – Real Estate will manage and grow a portfolio of residential real estate investments, with a focus on asset performance, risk management, and long-term value creation. This full-time, on-site role is based in Koramangala and involves sourcing and evaluating residential properties, conducting financial and market analysis, and preparing investment proposals and business cases. The person in this role will negotiate and oversee leases, coordinate with property management teams, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring asset performance, optimizing rental yields, maintaining strong relationships with builders, brokers, and tenants, and preparing regular reports and presentations for senior leadership and investors.



The role also involves contributing to investment strategy, pipeline development, and continuous improvement of processes within India Realty’s integrated marketplace framework.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Real Estate and Residential Property Management, including experience with asset oversight and portfolio management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration and Leases, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing lease agreements.
- Candidates should possess experience in Commercial Real Estate or mixed-use assets, with the ability to evaluate and compare residential investments within broader market dynamics.
- Solid financial modeling, investment analysis, and due diligence skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and basic valuation techniques.
- Solid understanding of local real estate regulations, market trends, and transaction processes, preferably in Bengaluru and surrounding regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Proven experience in an investment, asset management, or real estate advisory role; prior leadership or senior-level responsibility is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certification is a plus.
