Role Description The Residential Junior Investment Manager – Real Estate will work full time in office in Koramangala, supporting investment decisions and portfolio management for residential properties. Typical responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing property data, and evaluating investment opportunities across target residential projects. The role involves assisting with due diligence, reviewing lease and transaction documents, monitoring asset performance, and preparing financial models and investment summaries.

The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source deals, track market trends, and contribute to risk assessments and return projections.



This position also requires maintaining accurate records, generating regular reports, and supporting senior team members in presentations and investor communications.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with a focus on residential investment analysis.
- Practical knowledge of Property Management, including oversight of residential assets and operational performance.
- Experience with Lease Administration and Leases, including reviewing, tracking, and managing lease-related documentation.
- Ability to conduct financial analysis, build basic investment models, and interpret market and valuation data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; relevant internships or early-career experience in real estate or investments preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; familiarity with real estate CRM or investment platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Koramangala, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
