About the Role

Travel Luxis is looking for an experienced Reservation Executive with strong expertise in the travel industry and preferably hands-on exposure to the Thailand market. The candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating with travel agents and suppliers, handling booking requests, and ensuring smooth and timely confirmations. Travel Luxis operates as a Thailand-focused DMC offering MICE, GIT/FIT, hotels, tours, transfers, and premium travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle hotel, tour, transfer, and activity reservations for Thailand.
- Process booking requests and provide timely confirmations.
- Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and local partners.
- Prepare quotations and assist with customized travel requirements.
- Manage amendments, cancellations, reconfirmations, and booking follow-ups.
- Coordinate closely with the sales and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and booking documentation.




- Ensure excellent service and quick response to travel-agent queries.
- Resolve booking-related issues professionally and efficiently.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Thailand market experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Thailand hotels, destinations, tours, transfers, and travel products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced travel environment.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
