We are looking for a Researcher to support our Executive Search team in identifying senior and leadership talent across industries. The role will involve extensive industry research, company mapping, talent mapping and candidate identification for senior-level mandates.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct industry and sector mapping to identify target companies, competitors, and relevant talent pools.
- Research and map organizations across sectors based on client requirements and search mandates.
- Identify Leadership level and other senior-level professionals from target organizations.
- Build and maintain company, industry and talent databases for current and future leadership mandates.
- Conduct primary and secondary research through professional networks, databases, company websites, industry reports and other relevant sources.
- Develop talent maps and organizational structures to identify potential candidates and succession pools.
- Support consultants in preparing longlists, candidate profiles, market intelligence reports and search strategies.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Business
- 3 to 7 Years of experience in Executive Search, Recruitment Research, Talent Intelligence, Industry Research, Consulting or Business Research.
- Strong understanding of industry/company structures and senior-level designations.
- Excellent research, analytical and information-gathering skills.




- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn, Google, Excel and online research tools.
- Ability to identify relevant talent beyond basic keyword-based searches.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to validate information from multiple sources.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple mandates and deliver high-quality research within defined timelines.
