Research Officer for Human Resource for Health Consortium (HRH Consortium)

Qualification: Any postgraduate degree with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in research or experience in research project management post-PG (freshers need not apply), preferably in a higher medical/distance educational institution. The job involves management of research projects; data collection; project proposal writing for IRB clearance and compliance, preferably with knowledge in ethical clearance and IRB review processes; valuable written and verbal communication skills in English and organisational skills; familiarity with basics in biostatistics as applicable for data analysis, research methodology and data management is preferable; and coordinating with the research help desk of our unit. The Job may involve some travel.

Basic knowledge of finance and accounting, which is preferred for research fund management
