Key Objectives of the Job Supports the implementation of research and evaluation projects by conducting literature reviews, developing measurement tools, collecting and analyzing data, and supporting the development of project deliverables.

Major Deliverable

Independently conduct literature reviews on CSA prevention and prepare research reports.

Support development of research study designs (research objectives, questions, hypotheses, methodological approaches, and sampling strategies).

Develop research study tools (interview guides, FGD guides, survey tools, research scales).

Conduct field visits for data collection with children, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Ability and willingness to travel outside Mumbai is mandatory

Fluency in Hindi is required, and Marathi is highly preferred

Ensure adherence to ethical standards and field protocols.

Prepare and manage qualitative and quantitative datasets (transcription, cleaning, coding, and quality assurance) and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses.

Experience with Atlas.ti and Python is highly preferable.

Support with preparation of research reports and presentations to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain research documentation (study protocols, standard operating procedures, meeting minutes, data collection manuals, and other records) for knowledge management.

Educational Qualification

Post-Graduation degree in Social Sciences, Development studies, Economics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.

Desired Experience

Minimum 2 years of professional experience.

Working with the non-profit sector and on child issues will be an added advantage.



Other desired attributes Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.

Proven written and presentation skills across a range of formats.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Proficiency in data visualization (charts, dashboards, infographics, and other visual formats).

Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Commitment to child rights, child protection, and ethical research practices.

Location : Mumbai Salary 30000/- to 35000/- INR per month+ 3500/- per month (Travel reimbursement) + 2000/- per month (Therapeutic reimbursement) + 5000/- Annual Training reimbursement How to apply?
