Role Description The Reporter role is a full time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The Reporter will gather information from multiple sources, conduct interviews, and develop news stories and features relevant to the company’s operations, the food and beverages industry, and local market developments. Daily responsibilities include researching topics, verifying facts, writing clear and accurate reports, and creating content suitable for internal communications, external media, and digital platforms.

The role also involves collaborating with multimedia teams to produce visual and audio material,



attending events or press briefings, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and contacts. The Reporter will work closely with communications and management teams to ensure consistent, timely, and compliant messaging aligned with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Reporting and News Writing skills for accurate, timely, and engaging story development.
- Candidates should possess excellent Writing and Communication skills for clear, audience-focused content and professional interaction with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Multimedia skills to collaborate on or produce content across formats such as video, audio, and digital platforms.
- Candidates should have strong research, fact-checking, and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and ethical standards in journalism.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Bhopal, meeting deadlines, and adapting to fast-changing news and business environments.
