Role Summary The Rental Supervisor – Front End is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience at the hub across vehicle pick-up, drop-off, and day-to-day front-end rental operations. The role owns customer handling, documentation, payment reconciliation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure high service levels, strong process adherence, and smooth fleet handovers.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage all customer-facing operations at the hub, including vehicle pick-up, drop-off, handover, and return processes.

· Ensure a smooth and professional rider onboarding experience, including KYC verification, contract execution,



and customer briefing.

· Maintain accurate customer records, rental documentation, and transaction logs in line with company processes.

· Handle payment collections, outstanding settlement follow-ups, and reconciliation at the time of vehicle return.

· Coordinate with the warehouse, service, and risk teams to ensure vehicle readiness and timely service delivery.

· Monitor compliance with front-end SOPs and ensure that all customer interactions are handled as per defined service standards.

· Take customer feedback and assess the key customer pain points regarding the rental and other services

· Track and report key operational metrics such as on-time delivery, turnaround time, pending payments, customer issues, and handover quality.

· Support implementation of process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

· Perform other duties and operational tasks as assigned to support changing business requirements and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in working in the two wheeler / four wheeler industry (preferably in sales)
- Strong customer handling and communication skills especially in taking feedback and handling high stress situations such as customer disputes.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative mindset, team work and strong interpersonal skills
- Continuous learning mindset
- Knows how to ride a motorcycle
- Languages known: English, Hindi, Kannada (preferable)
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic operational reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
