Job Summary The Repair & Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring that all company stores, equipment, fixtures, electrical systems, plumbing, and other infrastructure are maintained in good working condition. The role involves coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, attending breakdowns, managing vendors, and ensuring timely completion of repair works with minimum disruption to store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections of stores, facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to identify maintenance requirements.

- Attend and coordinate electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil, refrigeration, air-conditioning, and general repair works.

- Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and breakdowns reported by stores.

- Coordinate with external technicians, contractors, and service providers for repair and maintenance activities.

- Obtain quotations from vendors and coordinate for approval before carrying out major repair works.

- Monitor the quality and timely completion of maintenance work.

- Maintain records of repair requests, maintenance activities, quotations, bills, and service reports.

- Follow up on pending maintenance issues and ensure timely closure.

- Conduct preventive maintenance of equipment and store facilities to minimize unexpected breakdowns.

- Coordinate emergency repairs whenever required to avoid disruption to business operations.

- Verify completed work and ensure that the required repair has been properly resolved.





- Maintain an updated list of vendors, technicians, and service contacts.

- Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure that costs remain within the approved budget.

- Coordinate with Store Managers and Operations teams regarding maintenance requirements.

- Ensure compliance with company safety standards during all repair and maintenance activities.

- Report major maintenance issues and recurring problems to the management.

- Support new store setup, renovation, shifting, and installation activities whenever required.

- Ability to work under time-sensitive and emergency situations.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and maintenance reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
