We are a growing digital management company looking for reliable, English-fluent remote chat specialists based in India to handle customer conversations and drive engagement.

What you’ll do

- Respond to incoming messages in a friendly, professional, and engaging tone
- Build rapport with clients through text-based conversations
- Identify upselling opportunities and guide conversations toward conversions
- Follow provided guidelines, scripts, and brand voice
- Maintain fast response times and high-quality communication
- Work independently while meeting daily performance targets

Requirements:
- Fluent written English (clear grammar, natural tone, good spelling)
- Based in India (strong preference)
- Reliable high-speed internet + laptop/PC (mobile-only applicants will not be considered)
- Comfortable working with adult-oriented content and conversations
- Previous experience in chat support, customer service, sales, or BPO is a big plus
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to work consistent shifts (we offer flexible options including IST-friendly hours)




- Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain confidentiality

Pay: ₹9,089.72 - ₹36,677.85 per month
