Role Details

- Experience: Freshers / Up to 23 Years
- CTC: 4.2 LPA Fixed
- Location: Remote Pan India
- Qualification: Graduation
- Working: 5 Days | Roster-Based
- Working Window: 9:00 AM 9:00 PM
- Working Hours: 9 hours/day, based on roster
- Language: Excellent English mandatory; additional Indian language is a plus

What Will You Do? As an Investor Relations – Voice professional, you will:

- Handle inbound investor queries primarily through calls, followed by WhatsApp and email.
- Explain the platform and provide clarity on different investment assets.
- Help investors feel comfortable and confident while addressing their concerns.
- Understand investor queries and provide clear, accurate and helpful information.
- Identify recurring investor feedback and share actionable insights with the Product & Marketing teams.

No Sales Targets

- This is an Investor Relations / Investor Support role — not a sales role.
- There are no cold-calling, sales conversion or sales targets.

Work Schedule

- 5 Days Working | Roster-Based
- 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM working window 9-hour working day based on roster

- Fully Remote – Pan India
