The company specializes in supporting multinational organizations and their expatriate employees with domestic and international moves, including household goods, customs clearance, pet relocation, and settlement services. IOS Relocations offers a comprehensive range of solutions such as destination services, packing and moving, city orientation, home and school search, real estate and facilities management, serviced accommodation, and ancillary services like tax advisory and cross-cultural training.

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilites:

● Be the single point of contact for assignees and corporate clients.

● Manage relocation cases from policy counselling to case closure.

● Coordinate home search, school search, temporary accommodation, immigration, transportation & other relocation services.

● Manage vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

● Handle client escalations and solve problems proactively.





● Maintain case trackers, MIS and documentation with strong attention to detail.

● Identify process gaps and contribute to improving service delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

● 2–5 years of experience in Relocation / Global Mobility / Destination Services / Hospitality / Travel / Client-facing services.

● Excellent verbal & written communication.

● Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

● Robust ownership, problem-solving and coordination skills.

● Comfortable working with MIS/reporting tools.
