? Role Description – Relationship Officer The Relationship Officer is a full-time, client-facing role based in Gurugram/Delhi. This position is central to managing and expanding client relationships in financial planning and wealth management.

Key Responsibilities:



Participate in our Gurukul-style mentorship system, guided by senior leaders

Engage with existing and prospective clients hand held by seniors to understand financial goals

Present tailored investment and planning solutions

Maintain regular communication and provide timely service support

Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards

Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads

Earn profit-sharing benefits upon achieving long-term milestones

? Qualifications

MBA / BBA / Economics graduates with strong Excel skills

1+ year of experience in sales, financial services, banking, or wealth management preferred

Robust relationship management and customer service skills

Willingness to learn and grow – we invest in training and development

AMFI Advisor Module certification (mandatory eventually; prior qualification is a plus)
