Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) to manage existing clients, acquire new clients, and promote the company's stock market and financial products. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their investment requirements, and generating business through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

· New client acquisition

· Demat & Trading Account opening

· Active client conversion

· Trading volume / brokerage generation

· Client retention

· Lead conversion ratio

· Cross-selling of financial products

· Monthly revenue achievement

· Daily calling and follow-up performance

Required Skills

· Good communication and convincing skills.

· Basic to good knowledge of the Indian Stock Market.





· Strong sales and negotiation skills.

· Good client-handling and relationship-management skills.

· Ability to achieve sales targets.

· Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

Qualification

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Candidates with B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance/Marketing) or relevant financial-services experience will be preferred.

· NISM certification or relevant financial-market certification will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary: ₹20K-35K per month

Incentives: Performance-based attractive incentives

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be sales-oriented, confident, target-driven and comfortable communicating with clients about financial-market products. Candidates having experience in stock broking, investment advisory, wealth management or financial services will be preferred.
