Job Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential residential and commercial real estate opportunities aligned with Solitaire Valley’s portifolio.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their real estate requirements, and offering tailored solutions from the company’s diverse property listings.
- Actively promote Solitaire Valley’s properties through various marketing channels to enhance visibility and generate leads effectively.
- Coordinate property viewings, negotiate deals, and oversee the sales process from initial contact to successful closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on properties, pricing, market trends, and legal aspects to clients, guiding them through informed decision-making.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, contribute to expanding Solitaire Valley’s client base, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking opportunities, exhibitions, and other relevant platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and marketing efforts.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven track record of 1-3 years in real estate sales, preferably in residential and commercial properties.
- Strong negotiaon skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market trends, legal regulations, and property management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
