? Required Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:

✅ Personal Loans

✅ Business Loans

✅ Home Loans

✅ Loan Against Property (LAP)

? Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads for loan products.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.




- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and financial institutions for smooth processing.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely documentation and closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.

? Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, or LAP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of loan products and the lending process.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates comfortable with Work From Office can apply.
- Candidates with relevant experience in BFSI/Loan Sales will be preferred.
