Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for managing and growing client relationships in the wealth advisory domain. In this role, the individual will onboard new clients, understand their financial goals, and collaborate with advisory teams to design and communicate tailored wealth management solutions. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings, reviewing portfolios, addressing queries, and ensuring timely execution of agreed financial plans.

The Relationship

Manager will proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling services, organize client engagement initiatives,



and maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial planning, understanding of Mutual funds, life insurance and basic wealth management concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in sales, business development, and pipeline management for growing client portfolios.
- Relevant experience in wealth management, banking, financial advisory, or related client-facing roles is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; skilled certifications in financial planning or investment advisory are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Baner Pune, uphold high ethical standards, maintain client confidentiality, and communicate fluently in English and Marathi language
