Location: Khar West, Mumbai

Work Schedule:

- First 2 Months: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work from Office)
- After 2 Months: 3 days per week from the office (hybrid)

Availability Requirement: This role requires someone who can be available on call throughout the week to handle urgent cook or customer issues as they arise. While your primary working hours remain as above, occasional calls outside office hours may be required to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of escalations.

About the role

As a Relationship Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for both our cooks and customers. Your job is to ensure that every experience with Jinn is smooth, positive, and well-managed.

You'll own all cook-related communication, resolve escalations, coordinate with internal teams, and step in whenever customers or cooks need support. You'll play a key role in maintaining trust and ensuring high-quality service on both sides of the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the primary point of contact for all active cooks on the Jinn platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our cook community.
- Handle cook-related issues, complaints, and escalations with empathy and professionalism.
- Support customers by resolving service-related concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Coordinate between customers, cooks,



and internal teams to solve issues quickly.
- Monitor service quality and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, issues, and resolutions.
- Follow up with both cooks and customers after escalations to ensure complete resolution.
- Be available to respond to urgent operational issues and time-sensitive escalations over calls throughout the week.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and customer satisfaction.

Who we're looking for -

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a bonus).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Calm, patient, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
- Willing to be on call for urgent operational issues outside regular office hours when required.
- Confident using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and WhatsApp for Business.
- Prior experience in customer success, operations, relationship management, hospitality, or service industries is preferred but not mandatory.
