About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Relationship Manager – Insurance to join our Kolkata team. In this role, you will serve as a critical partner in safeguarding clients' financial futures. You will be responsible for driving the sales of both Life and General Insurance products, acting as a trusted advisor who matches individuals and families with the right protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Product Distribution: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for a comprehensive portfolio of Life, Health, and General Insurance products.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Proactively source new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline through strategic networking, client referrals, and cold outreach.
- Need-Based Advisory: Conduct comprehensive financial and risk assessments for clients to recommend customized insurance solutions that align with their specific protection needs.
- Target Achievement:



Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
- Client Servicing: Build long-lasting trust by providing exceptional post-sale support, assisting with policy renewals, and guiding clients through the claims process.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in insurance sales, bancassurance, or direct financial product sales.
- Industry Certifications: Possessing a valid IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) license is highly advantageous.
- Sales Acumen: A resilient, target-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to close deals and navigate objections effectively.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex policy terms in a clear, transparent, and easily digestible manner.
- Interpersonal Abilities: A natural relationship-builder who can establish immediate rapport and cultivate long-term loyalty with clients.
