Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Home Loan (Inside Sales) to join our growing Home Loans team. The role involves connecting with customers who have shown interest in home loan products, understanding their requirements, guiding them through the loan application process, and driving successful loan disbursals through effective relationship management and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote Home Loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Home Loan solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful loan disbursals by providing excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries and provide complete information regarding loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and the application process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until loan disbursal.
- Update customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely approvals.
- Achieve monthly sales, conversion, productivity, and quality targets.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify customer feedback and process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or Home Loan Sales.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Financial Services will be preferred.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM applications and MS Office.
- Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.

Preferred Language Skills

- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Kannada or Telugu is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
- Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage.
