Relationship Manager Gold Loan (NBFC)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new Gold Loan business through field visits, referrals, leads, and local market activities.
- Acquire new customers and build strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets for Gold Loan business.
- Explain Gold Loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and other services to customers.
- Conduct customer visits and follow up on leads to improve conversion.
- Drive renewals, repeat loans, top-up loans, and customer referrals.
- Coordinate with branch operations for smooth customer onboarding and loan processing.
- Ensure proper collection of KYC and required customer documents.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers for renewals and repayment.
- Identify business opportunities within the assigned market and generate leads through local networking.




- Maintain daily sales reports, customer details, and lead status in the system.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, KYC/AML guidelines, compliance, and ethical sales practices.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries promptly.

Preferred Profile
- Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Experience: 0.6–2 years in BFSI/NBFC/Banking/Gold Loan sales; freshers with strong sales interest may also be considered.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer acquisition and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
