Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and communicating requirements clearly to design and project teams. The role involves coordinating meetings, providing project updates, addressing queries or concerns, and ensuring timely responses and high-quality service.

The Relationship

Manager will support proposal development, assist with contracts and documentation, track client feedback, and help identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.



Collaboration with architects, interior designers, and operations staff is essential to ensure that client expectations are aligned with project deliverables.

Qualifications

- Client relationship and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Organizational and coordination skills, including experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of architecture, interior design, or construction processes, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions that balance client needs and project constraints.
- Proficiency in common office productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort maintaining digital records.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, design management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles within design, real estate, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
