Job Summary

Techno Music India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to manage and grow our business across the East and North-East India region.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, product sales, distributor/dealer management, channel sales, and market development.

Candidates from Consumer Electronics, FMCG, FMCD, Consumer Durables, or Musical Instruments industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned East & North-East region.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and other business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
- Drive product sales and ensure effective product distribution across the territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure regular market visits and maintain strong channel engagement.
- Manage sales forecasts, reports, collections, and business performance.




- Lead and support the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure effective implementation of company schemes, promotions, and sales initiatives.

Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience in B2B Sales / Channel Sales / Product Sales.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, FMCG, FMCD, Consumer Durables, or Musical Instruments will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributor and dealer networks.
- Experience in handling a large geographical territory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage and grow a regional business.
- Strong target orientation and business development mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Territory The position will be responsible for: Bihar | Jharkhand | Odisha | West Bengal | Assam | North-East India (7 Sister States)
