???????????- 2+ Years Experience in agricultural equipment / farm machinery sales will be preferred

✓ Promote and sell Balwaan Krishi farming equipment
✓ Build solid relationships with farmers, dealers & distributors
✓ Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network
✓ Conduct product demonstrations, farmer meetings & field visits
✓ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
✓ Identify new markets and generate new business opportunities
✓ Monitor market trends and competitor activities
✓ Collect market feedback and coordinate with internal teams

Someone who has
✓ Strong communication and sales skills
✓ Good understanding of the agriculture equipment market
✓ Willingness to travel extensively in the field
