Regional Marketing & Communication Manager

Nipro India Group | Pune

Nipro India Group is looking for an experienced marketing professional to help shape and strengthen marketing and communication across our businesses in India.

This is a regional role with a broad mandate. You will work closely with our different business teams to understand their markets, customers and priorities—and translate those needs into clear marketing and communication plans.

The role goes beyond creating campaigns or promotional materials. We are looking for someone who can connect people and perspectives, bring greater alignment across our organisation and help marketing contribute more directly to business growth.

What will you do?

- Develop and implement a regional marketing and communication plan aligned with the priorities of Nipro India Group

- Understand the needs of our different businesses, markets, customers and stakeholders across India

- Translate global direction into relevant regional priorities and practical actions

- Create greater alignment across our entities in India while recognising their different needs

- Build strong localized product positioning, value propositions and go-to-market approaches,

- Support new-product launches, customer adoption and market development

- Turn complex medical technologies into clear and relevant stories for different audiences

- Strengthen our brand (in close collaboration with colleagues on corporate level) and ensure a consistent experience across regional communication channels and touchpoints

- Develop relevant product, scientific, digital and corporate content for regional use

- Strengthen internal communication so that colleagues understand our direction, priorities and contribution as one Nipro India Group

- Support leadership communication and initiatives that connect and engage employees across the organisation

- Gather customer, market and competitive insights and translate them into practical marketing actions

- Work closely with Sales, Clinical,



Training and other business teams

- Introduce shared marketing tools, templates and ways of working that help teams collaborate more effectively

- Use AI, analytics and digital tools to improve the speed, quality and effectiveness of marketing

- Define meaningful measures of success and connect marketing activities to engagement, customer adoption and business impact

Who are we looking for?

You have 7–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals or healthcare technology.

You are

- Curious and eager to learn

- Able to understand different businesses, technologies and customer needs

- Commercially minded, with the ability to connect marketing priorities to business objectives

- Strategic, while remaining practical and hands-on

- Creative and able to simplify complex subjects

- Analytical and comfortable using data to guide decisions

- Digitally confident and interested in using new tools

- A strong communicator who can listen, connect perspectives and build alignment

- Team-oriented and comfortable working across functions and business entities

- Willing to question established ways of working constructively

- Comfortable helping to shape a regional marketing function that is still developing
