Scope: A cluster of Anytime Fitness clubs across Mumbai

Location: Mumbai — field-based across the cluster

Role and Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end performance of a cluster of Anytime Fitness clubs as a single accountable leader. You are the single point of accountability: revenue, P&L;, staffing, member experience and brand SOP compliance across the cluster all run through you. The directors stay out of daily operations — you escalate only what genuinely needs a director-level call.

Key result areas

Revenue & sales — Own the top line across the cluster: memberships, renewals, and personal training. Set and hold monthly targets per club, manage the sales funnel and DSR discipline, and drive PT package penetration. Break dependency on any single high-performer.

Club P&L; — Own EBITDA per club. Control staff cost ratios, energy and consumables, AMC/maintenance spend, and vendor contracts. Flag margin leakage early; newer clubs will need tight financial oversight in their first two quarters.

People & staffing — Hire, roster, train, and performance-manage managers, floor staff, and PTs across the cluster. Build accountability structures so each club runs without you physically present. Manage attrition and bench strength.





Member experience & retention — Own NPS, churn, and complaint resolution. Ensure consistent brand standards — cleanliness, equipment uptime, staffed-hours quality — across all sites.

Operations & compliance — Enforce Anytime Fitness global SOPs and franchise obligations. Manage equipment AMCs, statutory/licensing compliance per club, security, and 24×7 access. Capital expenditure and renovation decisions rest with the directors; the Regional Manager executes and oversees but does not authorise capex.

Reporting — Deliver a single consolidated weekly/monthly dashboard to the directors: revenue, PT, retention, headcount, P&L;, and exceptions.

Who we're looking for

We screen on capability, not years. You could be a robust single-club GM ready to run a cluster, or an existing multi-site operator. You bring commercial ownership, financial fluency at the P&L; level, the ability to build teams that run without you, and the discipline to report cleanly and escalate only what matters.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
