Role & responsibilities
- Lead Pan-India Sales & Distribution for the Battery business.
- Drive revenue, profitability and market-share growth.
- Strengthen dealer/distributor and aftermarket networks.
- Develop and execute sales and market expansion strategies.
- Manage key relationships across primary, secondary and tertiary channels.
- Lead recent product launches and market penetration.
- Mentor and drive performance of the sales team.
- Monitor competition, pricing and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile Experience in Sales & Distribution across Solar, Battery, Energy Storage, Inverter/UPS, or On-Grid/Hybrid Solar solutions, with strong Pan-India channel network and market development exposure.
