Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Head to drive business growth and manage the Agency Channel across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional business and achieve sales/revenue targets.
- Manage and develop Agency Channel teams across the region.
- Drive advisor recruitment, activation and productivity.
- Develop and execute strategies for business growth and market expansion.
- Monitor branch/territory performance and ensure target achievement.
- Build robust relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
- Recruit, coach and develop sales leaders and teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
