We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Head to lead the overall business operations, client relationships, and business development activities across the assigned region. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, business growth, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction while ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple branches and client locations.

The ideal candidate should have proven leadership experience in the Security Services, Integrated Facility Management, or Manpower Outsourcing industry with the ability to manage multi-location operations, large teams, key accounts, and regional P&L.;

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

- Develop and execute regional business growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across corporate, industrial, institutional, healthcare, manufacturing, and government sectors.
- Drive revenue growth through current client acquisition, key account management, contract renewals, and cross-selling of services.
- Support tender participation, commercial negotiations, and strategic client presentations.
- Achieve regional sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

Regional Operations Management

- Lead and oversee operations across all branches and client sites within the assigned region.
- Ensure efficient manpower deployment and seamless service delivery in line with contractual SLAs and quality standards.
- Monitor branch performance through regular reviews, operational audits, and site visits.




- Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and client escalations.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to improve service quality and retention.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain strong coordination between clients and internal operational teams.

Financial & Commercial Management

- Own the regional P&L; and ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, billing, and collection targets.
- Monitor operational costs and implement cost optimization initiatives.
- Review commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and contract renewals.
- Ensure financial discipline across all branches within the region.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Heads, Operations Managers, Area Officers, and regional support teams.
- Build a high-performance culture through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HR to support recruitment, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.




- Foster cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, Compliance, and Administration.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, PSARA, CLRA, contractual obligations, and company policies.
- Monitor operational risks and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
- Review MIS, business reports, operational KPIs, and regional performance dashboards for effective decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA will be an added advantage.
- 1218 years of experience in the Security Services, Facility Management, or Manpower Outsourcing industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing multi-location operations.
- Proven expertise in Operations, Business Development, Client Management, and P&L; ownership.
- Experience in handling large manpower deployments and managing multiple branches.
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to budgeting, profitability, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
