We are looking for an experienced Life Insurance – Agency Channel leader to drive business growth and lead a large, geographically distributed sales network across the region.

? Experience: 15+ Years

? Managerial Experience: 9+ Years

? Industry: Life Insurance – Agency Channel

? Leadership: Experience managing multiple branches and large sales teams

? Branch Exposure: Candidates who have managed 7+ branches preferred

? Qualification: Graduation mandatory; MBA/PG preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor multiple Area/Sales Managers
- Drive regional business targets and revenue growth
- Manage branch performance, persistency and current business
- Recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams




- Improve productivity and business quality
- Drive protection business and minimize mis-selling
- Conduct regular performance reviews and business planning
- Manage large, geographically spread teams

? Ideal Profile: Senior Life Insurance Agency professionals with strong regional leadership, branch management and team-building experience, preferably with exposure to the J&K; market.
