Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Orchid University’s campus in Noida. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions for academic and non-academic positions.

The Recruitment

Specialist will collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience. Daily activities include updating recruitment tracking systems, preparing job postings, organizing recruitment events, and supporting onboarding and training initiatives for new hires. The role also involves maintaining compliance with institutional policies and employment regulations,



and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Qualifications Experience in Education Industry is MUST espaecially in University

- Candidates should possess strong hiring and recruiting skills, including experience with end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Candidates should possess effective interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess training and onboarding skills to support new employees in integrating into the university environment.
- Knowledge of contemporary recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and basic HR practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or HR in education or service industries is an advantage.
