What you’ll do:
- Source and hire IT talent across technologies
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycle
- Identify and engage potential clients for IT staffing/services
- Pitch solutions, and close deals
- Build long‑term client relationships
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of IT recruitment & IT sales experience
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven approach.
