Role Description The Recruitment Manager is a full-time, in office role based in our Greater Noida Plant, responsible for overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition for Lotus Advance Technologies. This position manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning with leadership, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection and onboarding processes.

The Recruitment Manager partners closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, designs effective recruitment strategies, and ensures a positive, fair, and inclusive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics and reports, managing relationships with external agencies, supporting employer branding initiatives,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.

The Recruitment Manager will continuously improve recruitment processes to meet organizational growth and skills needs, particularly in engineering, manufacturing, and defense technology.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Experience in stakeholder management, collaborating with hiring managers and leadership on workforce planning and role definition.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and online job platforms or professional networks.
- Capabilities in process improvement, data-driven decision making, and maintaining recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, hiring compliance practices, and inclusive recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Prior experience recruiting for technical, manufacturing, engineering, or defense-related roles is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and meet time-sensitive hiring needs.
