Role Description The Recruitment Specialist at Royal Tint is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions in line with organizational needs. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintaining applicant tracking systems, managing job postings across various platforms, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role also involves facilitating onboarding processes,



supporting training initiatives for new hires, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to support current employees and promote smooth integration into the organization.
- Experience in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and prioritize multiple vacancies efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and adherence to ethical hiring practices.
- Prior experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar HR role; experience in manufacturing or technology sectors is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
