Requirements:

- Any Degree / relevant qualification
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening
- Ability to source and coordinate candidates through job portals, calls and social media

Salary : Based on experience & performance)

Job Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
- Support the overall recruitment process
