This internship is specifically designed for candidates with little to no professional experience who are seeking hands-on training and a valuable qualified certificate in HR management.

What You Will Learn & Do:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Learn to draft and post job descriptions across various professional platforms and job boards.

Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high confidentiality and accuracy.

Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.

Gain exposure to HR policies, compliance, and performance management systems.

Who Should Apply





We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Freshers (recent graduates) or students currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Candidates who have recently completed or are currently pursuing a professional certificate in HR Management or Digital HR.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing sensitive information.

Self-disciplined and able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
