Location: Thrissur

Position: RECRUITER

Job Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard candidates for Picker & Packer positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and other channels
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews and joining formalities
- Maintain candidate details and recruitment records
- Follow up with candidates until joining
- Coordinate with the client warehouse regarding manpower requirements
- Ensure timely fulfilment of recruitment targets

Requirements:

- Any Degree / relevant qualification
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply
- Previous recruitment experience is an advantage
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer operations
- Target-oriented and willing to make recruitment calls

Work Location: Client Warehouse – Thrissur Salary: ₹17,000 onwards

(Based on experience & performance)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
