Job Summary

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and excellent command over job portals and candidate sourcing platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring for Sales, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Manufacturing, Building Material and other Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Create and manage attractive job postings to generate relevant candidate applications.
- Have excellent command over:
- Naukri
- Shine
- LinkedIn
- Indeed
- Foundit
- Apna
- Other relevant recruitment portals.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until selection and joining.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate database for future requirements.




- Handle multiple vacancies and recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing, interview and joining targets.
- Maintain proper recruitment MIS and candidate records.

Key Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Non-IT recruitment and sourcing.
- Excellent command over Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Robust Boolean search and keyword-based sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Good screening and interviewing ability.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions.

Preferred Hiring Exposure Candidates with experience in recruiting for Sales, BDE/BDM, ASM, Business Development, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Manufacturing, Building Material and other Non-IT profiles will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
