We are looking for a Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills and positive communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.

- Maintain and update the candidate database.

- Ensure regular follow-up with candidates until the joining stage.

- Handle multiple vacancies and achieve recruitment targets within timelines.

- Maintain proper recruitment reports and MIS.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
