We are looking for a fully experienced and independent HR Recruiter who can handle recruitment and day-to-day HR activities without requiring basic training or regular guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Work continuously on all active manpower requirements and ensure timely closure.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates for interviews.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
- Handle day-to-day HR-related activities and coordination.
- Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and achieve recruitment targets.

Requirements





- 2+ years of practical experience in Recruitment / HR.
- Must be capable of working independently from day one.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Candidate should be able to understand requirements and manage recruitment independently without basic training.

Job Location: DLF Valley, Amravati Enclave, Pinjore, Haryana

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
